Neuraxon Goes Physical, Dogecoin ASIC Mining Hits First Test Share, and March Gets Packed

The March 5, 2026 All-Hands delivered substance across every department. The scientific team brought a peer-reviewed IEEE acceptance letter. The core tech team reported zero blockers across four major projects. The incubation pipeline advanced on every active build. Marketing posted its highest-ever impression month. And Dogecoin mining on the Qubic network, the most anticipated feature on the roadmap, produced its first successful test share through the dispatcher.

Scientific Team Update: Neuraxon 2.0 and Physical AI

Neuraxon Controls a Physical Robot

The team released two open-source applications proving that Neuraxon can serve as the brain of a physical device. Using a Sphero Mini robot ball (under $50), the demos show hybrid control where Neuraxon drives part of the movement logic. A separate writing app makes the ball trace the word "QUBIC" on any surface.

This is a proof of concept. The point is to bridge the gap between AI simulation and real-world hardware control, a critical step for any AI and blockchain project aiming at practical applications. Dr. Jose developed a full tutorial so anyone can replicate it.

A Massive New AI Training Dataset

The team released Neuraxon2LifeTS, a new Game of Life dataset that makes previous versions look like rough sketches. Think of it as a simulated biological world where thousands of AI agents compete, reproduce, and evolve across extended sessions. The fittest survive to the next round, passing traits forward, much like natural selection.

The scale jump is significant. The dataset is 190 times larger than the original Neuraxon1M release. Each game now runs with roughly 1,200 agents instead of 120. The data captures how agents develop over time rather than freezing a single moment. Synapses alone grew from 15.7 million to 375.5 million. Total size: 1.12 TB across 35 files. All of this is open science on GitHub.

This data fuels the next phase of research: building a multi-neuraxon model where separate Neuraxon instances collaborate as a network of networks, pushing Qubic closer to its long-term decentralized AGI vision.

IEEE Paper Accepted for AMLDS 2026

A paper titled "The Neutral Buffer State: Trinary Logic Advantage in Branching Ratio Stability for Continuous-Time Networks" was accepted for publication and presentation at AMLDS 2026, held at Kansai University in Osaka, Japan on July 21-23, 2026, under IEEE.

The paper validates a core hypothesis behind Neuraxon's trinary architecture: that a three-state system (not just on/off, but on/off/neutral) helps neural networks save energy and gain stability. Jose noted that the team is building momentum, with two additional papers submitted to conferences in Germany and South Korea, including ICML, and plans to submit to the Alife and AGI conferences later this year.

Qubic Core Tech Update: Oracle Machines, Network Guardians, Dogecoin Mining

Oracle Machines

No blockers. Subscriptions, which let smart contracts request real-world data at regular intervals, are running in testnet. Deployment to mainnet is planned for the next epoch update. A test function inside the Qutil smart contract will let the community try subscriptions directly. Revenue calculation has been merged into the broader New Revenue Algo project. For a deeper look at how Qubic's protocol-native oracles differ from external oracle networks, see the Oracle Machines documentation.

Network Guardians Open Beta Starts March 11

The Network Guardians program completed its first stable epoch. All beta testers received rewards for Epochs 199 through 201. Currently 34 nodes are online (19 Lite, 15 Bob). Open beta begins March 11. Anyone interested should install their node and be ready by 12:00 UTC that day, since joining late in an epoch means no reward eligibility. Dogecoin ASIC Mining Reaches First Test Share

The dispatcher is running in a test environment. A software-based test miner has already produced the first Doge share through the full pipeline: Doge pool, to dispatcher, to miner and back. This milestone validates the entire flow architecture described in the Dogecoin mining deep dive. Next steps are finalizing computor documentation and completing core node integrations. The mainnet launch target remains April 1, 2026.

Two community asks from the tech team. First, the community needs to decide which existing Doge pool to start with. A discussion and poll should happen in the #dogecoin Discord channel. Second, the core team has no ASIC miners. Anyone with ASIC mining hardware willing to help test end-to-end should contact Joetom on Discord.

Incubation Update: Bridges, QSwap, and Nostromo

Every active project moved forward.

The Solana Bridge delivered Milestone 2 (both Solana and Qubic smart contracts). QA is underway with support from Core tech, and early results are strong.

The Vottun Bridge is finalized. The audit is complete with no remaining fixes. The team is preparing the Quorum submission proposal, expected within the next week. This is a key milestone for business development, since Qubic's lack of EVM compatibility has been a recurring blocker for partnerships and EVM wallet integrations.

The OTC Escrow smart contract audit is in round two of three, conducted by Mundus. One to two more weeks are expected.

QSwap completed its final milestone delivery during the call. More updates will be shared soon.

Nostromo shareholders reorganized under Fletcher's leadership and submitted an updated proposal. The incubation board is reviewing it, with feedback expected in one or so weeks.

Qubic Business Development Pipeline

Kimz introduced a formal six-phase BD lifecycle (Intake, Qualification, Structuring, Review, Execution Support, Closure) running through Pipedrive CRM. The BD pipeline currently includes five active conversations across different categories: a SWAP integration with TrustSwap, early-stage exchange discussions with Zoomex and Blofin, on/off ramp services with Onramper, and a DEX listing exploration with Kingdom One. Most are still in the Qualification phase, meaning the team is evaluating strategic fit before any commitments are made.

Tier 1 and Tier 2 exchange conversations stay open, with the team focused on timing over urgency. A new initiative is forming around building a business case for outsourcing Qubic computing power, targeting universities, research labs, and enterprise clients.

A Qubic Event Calendar app is nearing beta release. It will display all 2026 events Qubic plans to attend, allow community members to submit and vote on events, and help coordinate attendance across the ecosystem.

Qubic Governance Framework Progress

The finance auditing entity requirements are finalized, with three firms already approached. The shortlist is ahead of schedule.

The strategic board computor delegates election starts next week. The board structure: four work group leads, three computor-elected seats, two advisor seats. Only computors can nominate and vote. The process is pool-agnostic, since the board handles strategic alignment and conflict resolution, not protocol-level decisions. Nominations run through the end of March, with voting around March 31. Full operational target: April 15.

Qubic Marketing: February Results and Dogecoin Launch Plan

February Performance

February was Qubic's highest-performing month for total impressions. Organic channels delivered approximately 2 million X and LinkedIn impressions, 279 opt-ins, and 52,000 unique website visitors. Paid X ads added 13.4 million impressions at $5,404 spend. Combined total: over 15.4 million impressions.

SEO health climbed to 95/100 (up from roughly 68 at the start of the optimization push). Thirteen SEO articles are in review to expand keyword rankings beyond Qubic-specific terms and into broader AI blockchain and proof of useful work phrases.

Dogecoin Mining Marketing Plan

A three-phase plan (pre-launch, launch, post-launch) is in its final stages. A pre-launch press release ships within the next week to test organic PR placement. Four DOGE blog posts will be released one per week leading up to the April 1 mainnet launch, backed by paid traffic. Reddit activation is underway with a structured playbook seeking five community volunteers. Social teasing begins the week of March 16.

Recent earned media placements include Yahoo Finance, Business Insider, Barchart, BriefGlance, and AP News.

Q&A Highlights

Is Neuraxon being trained on the Qubic network? Not yet. A proposal for that development is expected by the end of March or early April. The team is coordinating with Joetom and CFB. Everything built so far, from Neuraxon 1 through the Game of Life datasets, feeds into the eventual integration.

Will Doge be mined alongside Monero? Briefly, yes. A transition phase of roughly one month will run both simultaneously. After the transition, Monero mining is eliminated. CPUs return to full-time Qubic CPU mining. The interleave mining model is retired. The end state is Qubic and Doge running in parallel with dedicated hardware for each.

When will QUBIC/USDT be swappable on-chain? The Vottun Bridge reaching mainnet is the first step, enabling bridging from Ethereum. The QSwap team would then need to add the pair. No ETA, since QSwap is a community project.

Any major exchange listings soon? Not being aggressively pursued given current market conditions. The BD team is maintaining relationships so that when conditions improve, listing funds stretch further.

Burn rate? Joetom committed to preparing burn statistics for the next All-Hands. Multiple mechanisms contribute: Oracle Machines, execution fees, and mining rewards. The next Qubic halving is targeted for August 2026.

What Comes Next for the Qubic Network

March is the densest month on the Qubic roadmap in recent memory. Oracle Machine subscriptions, Network Guardians open beta, the New Revenue Algo A/B test, smart contract state detection, the browser wallet extension beta, RPC eventlog public beta, DOGE social teasing, and the Vottun Bridge Quorum submission all land within the same few weeks. April brings the Dogecoin mainnet launch and the governance framework going fully operational.
