13th Qubic Core Services Bi-Weekly Update

We’re back with another update on the progress and achievements across the Qubic ecosystem. This period saw developments in technology, ecosystem initiatives, and strategic partnerships. 

1. ECOSYSTEM PROJECTS UPDATES

QCAP

QCAP continues to deliver innovation and value for the ecosystem.

Key Updates:

• Automated Decision Execution: Ensuring full decentralisation and security.

• Community-Funded Project:

  • 5.5 billion QUBIC funded QVault v1.

  • 37 billion QUBIC already burned.

• Mining Operations:

  • 10 CPUs acquired for mining, with revenue distributed among QCAP holders.

  • Future proposals to increase mining capacity to enhance yields.

• Upcoming February Round:

  • New opportunity for QCAP shares purchase.

• Enhanced Voting Platform:

  • Autonomous execution feature for smart contract-driven governance.

• Commitment to Deflation:

  • Smart contract IPOs could burn hundreds of billions of QUBIC.

• Qearn Integration:

  • Portions of QUBIC will be locked in Qearn, reducing circulation.

MyLastMatch: A Qubic-Powered MMORPG

A next-gen post-apocalyptic MMORPG powered by the  Qubic blockchain is under development.

Gameplay Highlights:

• Massive Open World: Supports 50,000 players in a unified real-time environment.

• Realistic NPC Interactions: Advanced AI mechanics with individualised tracking.

• No Traditional Hitpoints: Combat is based on strategic damage modeling.

• Survival Mechanics:

  • Resource gathering (food, water, materials).

  • Crafting system to create in-game assets.

  • Player-driven economy using QUBIC.

Safehouse & Economy:

• 676 unique safehouses serve as respawn points, trade hubs, and strategic shelters.

• Revenue Model:

  • Safehouse owners earn from respawns.

  • 50% of earnings go to MLM IPO shareholders.

• Asset Breakdown:

  • 118 wallets own safehouses or in-game assets.

  • 467 safehouses converted into game assets.

  • 272 assigned to in-game mechanics (vehicles/pets).

  • 209 burned for upgrade bonuses.

Combat & Community Strategy:

• Stealth-based combat: Players must assess risks before engaging.

• Community Collaboration:

  • Form alliances and clans.

  • Participate in events and economy-driven gameplay.

3. QUBICAN PROGRAM: SEASON 2 PLANS

The Qubican Ambassador Program is gearing up for Season 2, aiming to scale community-driven growth.

Upcoming CCF Proposal:

• Two types of ambassadors:

  • Community Leads (regional coordinators).

  • Qubican Ambassadors (local event organisers).

• Qubican Quorum Leadership:

  • Members from France, Spain, Nigeria, the USA, and more.

• Special Supporters:

  • CryptoDeighs, Rudy Nakamoto, and ExosHero.

Season 2 Budget & Strategy:

• 21.3 billion QUBIC budget requested.

• Expansion into new markets:

  • USA, Spain, DACH, France, with possible expansion to China and Turkey.

• Improved Incentives:

  • Performance-based rewards & training for ambassadors.

• Stronger Business Partnerships:

  • At least 5 warm business introductions.

Success Metrics:

• Ecosystem Growth:

  • 3 new regional chapters in 3 months.

  • 100 active Qubicans by mid-year.

  • 5+ local events (200 participants target).

• Social & Developer Growth:

  • 25% increase in engagement (likes, impressions).

  • 15% more developer contributions (bug bounties, workshops).

4. QUBIC CORE TECHNOLOGY: ENHANCING STABILITY

The Qubic Core Technology team is focused on stability, developer support, and expanding ecosystem adoption.

Key Objectives:

• Stable network operations.

• Regular Discord & GitHub tech updates.

• AMA/Presentation once a month.

• Onboarding support for developers.

New Team Members:

• November Hires:

• December Hires:

• Open Roles:

  • Integration Developer.

  • Operations Manager (Generalist).

Recent Highlights:

• Qubic Archive nodes will sync P2P.

• ⅓ of epoch transitions now seamless.

• First stage of outsourced computing (custom mining POC) completed.

• Regular planning exchanges between QCT & ecosystem teams.

Upcoming Priorities:

• Finalising Custom Mining POC.

• Building a public Testnet.

• Connecting Wallets (Metamask, Ledger, WalletConnect).

• Upgrading RPC Architecture to 2.0.

5. Core Services & Ecosystem Growth

The Ecosystem team has been busy with grants, exchange integrations, and team expansion.

Grants & Development Support:

• 7 new grants approved.

• 1 pending approval (awaiting agreement with developers).

• Marketing push to follow.

Exchange Listings:

• T2 Exchange integration delays continue, but the team is actively pushing for completion.

• New discussions ongoing with T1 and T2 exchanges.

Team Growth & Events:

• APAC representative role open.

• New Project Manager on trial for 3 months.

• Q1 Events planned, announcements coming via marketing schedule.

6. MARKETING & COMMUNITY GROWTH

Marketing Strategy:

• Phasing out Serotonin, shifting to Layer 1 narrative & ecosystem campaigns.

• CMO hiring in final stages.

• Qubic Academy content in development.

Social Media Performance:

• 15 posts in the last 2 weeks.

• 10 of those exceeded 50,000 impressions.

• November comparison:

  • 22 posts in early November.

  • Only 1 post surpassed 50,000 impressions back then.

Community Call to Action:

• Engagement drive:

  • Repost, like, bookmark, and comment on Qubic content.

  • Create your own posts about Qubic.

  • Engage with the community - follow and interact with Qubic supporters.

7. STRATEGY, FINANCE, AND OPERATIONS

Key Strategic Goals:

• QCS Budget proposal approved.

• 2025 roadmap is now live, and a roadmap X Spaces is scheduled for Tuesday, 3rd February.

• Qubic Singapore incorporation in final stages.

• Hiring support available for ecosystem teams.
