Welcome to the latest bi-weekly update! As Qubic continues to grow, we’re excited to share progress on ecosystem initiatives, milestones, and the steps ahead.

ECOSYSTEM INITIATIVES

Vottun: Qubic-Ethereum/Arbitrum Bridge

The bridge between the Qubic network and Ethereum/Arbitrum ecosystems is progressing well. This development enables transfers across networks. Here’s the latest:

• Milestone 1: Framework and tools setup completed in December.

• Milestone 2: Smart contract built and successfully tested on Testnet, verified by the Core Tech Team.

• Milestone 3 (In Progress):

  • Ongoing Frontend and Backend development.

  • Integration testing on Testnet and Mainnet.

This bridge is a key step in connecting Qubic to the broader blockchain ecosystem.

Nostromo: Dec-Jan Updates

Nostromo, a dedicated IDO launchpad, is advancing toward its next milestone. Here’s where things stand:

• Completed Milestone 1:

  • Smart contract definition and mechanism design.

  • Beta landing page and design foundation.

• Next Steps (Target: Jan 30):

  • Final design (via Figma).

  • Completed landing page and user section.

QUBICAN AMBASSADOR PROGRAM: PILOT SUCCESS

The pilot phase of the Qubican Program, designed to build local communities passionate about Qubic’s decentralised solutions, has delivered outstanding results. Here’s a snapshot:

• Impact Results:

  • 1430 tasks completed, 1300 approved.

  • 25 active ambassadors on average (peaking at 35), representing 20 countries (top: USA, Nigeria, France).

  • 3500+ tweets, 176k likes, and 1.5M+ views.

  • 30 YouTube videos with 9k views and 2.7k likes.

  • Monthly Cost: $8,370 (averaging $334 per ambassador).

• Next Steps:

  • Submitting the Season 2 funding proposal to the Quorum within two weeks.

  • Launching the Qubican Round Table to improve and scale the program.

The Qubican Program plays a pivotal role in growing global awareness and adoption of Qubic.

QUBIC CORE SERVICES

Our ecosystem and core services teams continue to align and tackle challenges. Here are the highlights:

• Ecosystem Collaboration:

  • Bi-weekly syncs with Core Tech for alignment and feedback.

  • GitHub-managed sprints for new features and issue tracking.

• Resource Needs:

  • Recruitment for representative for APAC region and project management roles.

• Scientific Papers:

  • Updates on Q1 publications and peer reviews are underway.

• Exchange Integrations:

  • Integration delays with two T2 exchanges (US-licensed and Asian) are being actively addressed with the exchanges.

Partnerships, Events, and Grants

• Partnerships:

  • Focused on securing impactful partnerships, with announcements coming post-finalisation.

• Events:

  • 4 crypto-related events.

  • 2 AI-related events (focused on Qubic’s scientific paper).

  • 3 Qubic-hosted events.

• Grants:

  • Application deadlines extended due to the holiday season, with several last-minute applications submitted.

MARKETING HIGHLIGHTS

Our marketing efforts continue to drive engagement and recognition:

• Campaigns:

  • Featured campaigns include Milk Road, IPOs, People’s Network, The Layer 1 for the AI Era, and QEarn.

• Social Media Success:

  • Ongoing growth in impressions and followers on X.

  • Top-performing posts have gained thousands of likes, replies, and retweets.

• Earned Media:

  • Alber's AMA followed the All Hands Discord Stage.

STRATEGY, FINANCE & OPERATIONS
