Welcome to the fortnightly update from Qubic Core Services (QCS). These updates are released in order to keep our community informed and engaged with the latest developments in the Qubic ecosystem. They provide an overview of ongoing projects, recent progress, and upcoming plans across domains: governance, listings, technology, marketing, community, and operations. This edition is packed with useful information and insights to bring you up-to-date.
Community All Hands Overview
On November 28th, we conducted our first ever community All Hands meeting to share updates across various projects, and QCS teams. Here’s a recap of key updates:
1. Qubic Core Services
Ecosystem Development
Focused on driving adoption through initiatives like incubation programs, grants, and partnerships.
The Qubic Incubation Program has five projects in the pipeline, supporting them with marketing and core technology.
A new batch of grants focuses on UI/UX tools, wallets, libraries, and IDEs for developers.
Growth and Partnerships
Engaging with academic and crypto partnerships, and contributing scientific papers to foster innovation.

Primary audience: 25-44 years old (66% of total engagement).
93.2% male audience with top countries being the United States, Germany, and France.
Peak activity times align with global working hours, optimising engagement.
Performance Metrics:
Successful posts achieved impressions exceeding 188K and generated strong engagement (likes, replies, and reposts).
Mentions and Visibility: Significant mention volume reaching 39.7K mentions with total impressions of 7.1M.
Advertising:
Total impressions reached 7.43M.
Click-through rate at 0.18%, with 14K clicks.
Upcoming Campaigns:

Focus on partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
Holiday season podcasts on all platforms and educational outreach with Bitkan in Asia.
Marketing Community Call
A reminder to our community to get verified on X, post, bookmark, repost, and comment with meaningful conversations in the community channel.
Based on X’s current algorithm, the above actions will enable Qubic to reach a wider audience.
"Do it like the French": Some of our French community members have engaged with KOLs from that region to help Qubic grow. We encourage every country/region to take the initiative and actively work on growing Qubic’s audience in similar ways.
Community Management
Moderation Process Overhaul:
New Quality Assurance process with arbitrator validation for all bans and timeouts.
Arbitration Team ensures fair outcomes through a majority-based decision model.
Restructuring Roles:
Full-time staff transitioned into Community Support, while part-time volunteers remain moderators.
Improved clarity in roles promotes fairness and community participation.
Expected Outcomes:
Greater transparency and trust in moderation processes.
Increased engagement in workgroups, grants, and ambassador programs.
Strategy, Operations, and Finance (SFO)
Operational Highlights:
Launching ecosystem-funded projects with tailored GTM strategies.
Finalising the Qubic Core Services roadmap for release in the next two weeks.
Sart incorporation legal structure. CCF proposal to be presented this week
Hiring for the Lead Marketing position is progressing well.
2. Incubation Program Projects
Vottun: Qubic EVM Bridge
Project Introduction:
The Qubic Bridge, an Open Project on the Vottun platform, connects the Qubic network (non-EVM) with Ethereum and Arbitrum One, enabling seamless token transfers between networks.
This is part of the Vottun initiative, where developers collaborate to create open-source solutions.
Project Milestones:
Definition, Design, and Set-Up – Completed: Tools and frameworks established.
Smart Contract Development – In Progress: Token swap interaction logic underway.
Integration and Testing – In Progress: System testing and user interface development.
Expected Deliverables:
A seamless token bridging interface for users.
Integration between Qubic and Ethereum/Arbitrum networks.
Melodix: Music, Play, Earn
The Challenge: Musicians face hurdles in promoting their work, and fans engage passively, with minimal incentives for interaction.
Solution: Melodix transforms music into a gamified experience where users engage actively to earn rewards, and musicians achieve broader visibility.
Platform Highlights:
Current Status:
600+ Monthly Active Users: Active user base in a Telegram-integrated mini-app.
Web3 Testing: Includes NFT collections tokenising royalties and Qubic onboarding.
Collaborations: Partnerships with music labels, influencers, and blockchains.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
Focused on consistent content creation across social platforms (Telegram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
Launching a gamified referral program to reward users with daily incentives and bonus points for referrals.
Monetisation:
Revenue streams from User Revenue (increased traffic for musicians and channels) and NFT Revenue (royalties from exclusive RWA NFT collections).
Advertising integrations and branded partnerships also provide additional financial support.
Future Plans:
Scaling the platform on Qubic, expanding partnerships with music labels, and producing exclusive content for users.
Qubex
What is Qubex?:
A community-driven platform enabling token swapping and asset trading within the Qubic ecosystem.
Supports tokens such as USDT, USDC, ETH, and QUBIC, with plans for additional cryptocurrencies and fiat ramps.
Profit Sharing: 5% of profits are allocated to the Qubic Ecosystem Fund for community sustainability.
Goals:
Maximising User Traffic: Encourage high trading volumes for better liquidity.
Supporting the Ecosystem Fund: Financially empower new projects.
Enhancing Ecosystem Sustainability: Build a thriving community of users and developers.
Roadmap Highlights:
Phase 1 (2024): Infrastructure setup, swapping tools, and liquidity tools.
Phase 2 (2025): Expanding supported coins, liquidity pools, and fiat ramps.
Phase 3 (2025): Launching a marketplace and staking options.
Phase 4 (2026): Implementing a full-featured decentralised exchange (DEX).
Future Plans:
Scale token-swapping features, enhance platform security, and back up the ecosystem fund.
Nostromo
Overview:
Nostromo is Qubic’s first dedicated launchpad platform, enabling projects to initiate token sales (IDOs).
The platform offers a Web3-based launchpad experience, inspired by sci-fi themes, for the Qubic blockchain ecosystem.
It facilitates an ecosystem where projects can seamlessly connect with investors and community members.
Nostromo Teaser:
The interface features tools for project onboarding, including sections for uploading project details, tokenomics, and marketing links.
3. White Paper
Overview: Qubic’s whitepaper was published on 26th November, 2024. Its primary goal is to present Qubic's technical innovations and economic mechanisms to a broad audience.
Current Progress: This is version 1. The whitepaper is envisioned as an evolving document and subsequent versions will follow.
