MODULE 14

LESSON 3

Deployment & IPO

Before submitting to the quorum, contracts must meet Qubic’s minimum syntax and deployment requirements:

Must be deployed and verified on testnet prior to mainnet submission.

Once those prerequisites are satisfied, deployment follows a two-step, community-governed process:

Quorum Approval

At least 451 of 676 Computors must vote to accept the contract.

IPO of 676 Shares

The contract runs a Dutch-auction “Initial Public Offering.” The QUBIC tokens raised are locked inside the contract as its execution budget.

Shareholders earn a cut of the contract’s revenue; the locked QUs fund future execution and are gradually burned as the contract runs.
