We are excited to announce that the first members of the Qubic Grants Program Committee have been onboarded. This marks a significant moment for the Qubic Grants Program, an initiative dedicated to supporting innovative projects within the Qubic ecosystem. 

The committee comprises a diverse group of professionals, each offering a wealth of experience and expertise. Their collective knowledge will play a crucial role in identifying and supporting the most promising projects. 

By cultivating a collaborative environment, they will help facilitate contributions from a wide range of developers—from solo builders to established teams—to contribute to the growth of the Qubic ecosystem. With this dedicated team of committee members in place, we are confident in the program's ability to make a substantial impact on the future of Qubic.

About the Qubic Grants Program

The Qubic Grants Program aims to foster the development of high-quality smart contracts and solutions that enhance the Qubic ecosystem. We encourage proposals that address various needs within the ecosystem, such as Liquidity Pools, Name Service, Derivatives Contracts, Token Insurance, and more. 

We are particularly keen on onboarding developers and builder teams who are passionate about exploring new technologies and creating ecosystem solutions.

Meet the Qubic Grants Program Committee:

The formation of the committee is a vital step toward realising the full potential of the Qubic Grants Program. These esteemed members bring a range of expertise and deep industry insights, ensuring that our grants program is guided by knowledgeable and experienced individuals.

• Tritemius (comprising the CEO, CCO, and COO): As solidarity members, they will cast one vote per grant. With a sharp focus on Web3 innovation, Tritemius is well-equipped to identify initiatives that will benefit our ecosystem. You can learn more about Tritemius here. 

• Dkat: A core developer of Qubic, Dkat brings deep technical expertise to the committee.

• KYE: Offers valuable business vision to align the grants program with Qubic’s strategic needs.

• Stoefi: A former derivatives trader and banker, Stoefi has extensive experience as the founder and CEO of an online trading platform and as Chief Digital Officer at one of the largest private banks. He also played a pivotal role in founding a Crypto Bank in Switzerland.

• Grükan: An IT-Management graduate with experience at Nokia and Rohde & Schwarz, Grükan specialises in software deployment automation and large-scale framework architecture.

• Alber: As a Qubic ecosystem representative with a developer background, Alber serves as a vital bridge between technology and business.

• TheLabsWolf: Growth and business development advisor and member of the Qubic community.

What’s Next?

Efforts are still underway to onboard more members to the committee, and we aim to finalise them soon. This committee is crucial as we strive to drive projects forward. By creating an environment of support and collaboration, we are not just funding ideas but actively shaping the future of the Qubic ecosystem.
