Announcing the Qubic Ambassador Program: Help Shape the Future of Qubic

The Qubic Ambassador Program has officially launched today. The program is a global initiative designed to empower passionate community members to lead and grow local Qubic communities. As part of this initiative, our ambassadors will be known as Qubicans, a name chosen by our community. This title reflects the innovation and unity that make Qubic unique.

The program is made possible by the Computor Controlled Fund (CCF), which enables us to invest in and support projects that drive the growth of the Qubic ecosystem. The CCF ensures that initiatives like the Qubic Ambassador Program have the resources and backing they need to thrive.

What You’ll Do as a Qubican

We are looking for passionate individuals from around the world, particularly in Canada, Europe, and East Asia, to help support Qubic’s mission. Here are the four key roles ambassadors can take on:

• Qubican Community Leaders: Organise local meetups, conferences, and workshops to engage your local community.

• Qubican Content Creators: Create educational materials, such as blog posts, videos, and social media content, to raise awareness about Qubic.

• Qubican Developers: Contribute to Qubic’s technical ecosystem by writing code, supporting open-source projects, and participating in hackathons.

• Qubican Community Participants: Help with translations, outreach, and community engagement to ensure Qubic’s message reaches new audiences globally.

How the Program Works

1. Application Process: Candidates submit their applications for the Q4 cohort by October 15th, 2024. 

2. Interviews: Successful applicants will go through an interview process.

3. Onboarding & Training: Each ambassador cohort will receive two days of onboarding to prepare for their roles.

4. Rewards & Challenges: Qubicans can advance through three tiers - Pioneer, Innovator, and Visionary - and earn increasing rewards based on performance. The Zealy leaderboard will track monthly challenges, with top performers earning additional rewards, including QUBIC coins, exclusive swag, and leadership opportunities.

5. Review first cohort: Performance reviews will take place at the end of every quarter.

Program Tiers and Rewards

As a Qubic Ambassador, you have the chance to progress through different tiers based on your contributions and engagement. Each tier offers unique rewards and opportunities to deepen your involvement in the Qubic ecosystem.

Pioneer: Kickstart Your Journey

Every Qubican starts as a Pioneer, where you'll complete tasks and earn Zealy points to begin your journey. At this level, you'll receive the Pioneer Badge and gain access to our exclusive Discord community. 

Innovator: Take on Bigger Challenges

Once you've earned a significant number of points, you'll advance to the Innovator level. Here, you'll be entrusted with more responsibilities, including exclusive tasks that offer greater rewards. As an Innovator, you'll receive custom Qubic swag, compensation for certain tasks, and a personalised Ambassador Profile Picture (PFP). This stage is ideal for those looking to contribute more actively and make a bigger impact.

Visionary: Lead and Collaborate

The Visionary tier is reserved for the most dedicated Qubicans who have demonstrated leadership and a deep commitment to Qubic’s mission. At this level, you'll work closely with the Qubic team, lead local chapters, and take on advanced tasks. Visionary Qubicans are rewarded with additional Qubic swag, the Visionary and Chapter Lead Badge, and even QUBIC tokens for their contributions. You'll also have the opportunity to earn a referral bonus by introducing qualified business leads to Qubic.

As you climb through the tiers, your influence and rewards will grow, allowing you to play an even more significant role in shaping the Qubic ecosystem. Whether you're creating content, managing events, or helping onboard new developers, there’s a way for you to make an impact.
